The contact center company GoExcellent will begin working with video recruitment company ZeroLime, using video for recruitment and staffing. By gathering more information about each applicant, GoExcellent expects to more easily and quickly match applicants with the correct job specification.
- Video Recruiting has been around for a while now but not seen the expected breakthrough and general acceptance. For those of us with large staffing needs and many young personnel such as students, this is an excellent way to develop our recruiting says Rebecca Styf, HR manager at GoExcellent AB.
The system makes it possible to add a video clip to a general application or specific vacancy. The candidates record a movie where they present themselves and submit it along with their resume. GoExcellent recruiters can also send out questions that candidates can reply to via a webcam.
