Once again, GoExcellent is first to be approved using a new and more comprehensive COPC Standard. This time, the company is first in the world to be certified according to COPC-2000 ® CSP Standard Release 5.0a.

The certification applies to the entire delivery for two clients that are multinational companies with very high quality requirements, operated from GoExcellent’s contact center in Piteå, Oslo and Copenhagen. The assignments have been certified since 2006 and undergo audits annually. COPC-2000 ® CSP Standard has been recognized since 1996 as the international benchmark for high quality delivery within the call center industry.

The next step will be to COPC-certify the Stockholm office where GoExcellent works with clients such as SL Contact Center and Viasat. Certification efforts are expected to extend over a period of 12 months.
